An overseas company won’t be able to take out a mortgage in Spain, and a Spanish one could as long as it is a Sociedad Limitada (SL)
We can only accept commercial loan applications for a Spanish mortgage if the company is registered in Spain.
If you own an overseas company, it won’t be able to take out a Spanish mortgage. A Spanish business entity can have a commercial loan if it is a “Sociedad Limitada” (SL) business similar to a limited company. You should also be aware that if a business has no trading history, then the company's director(s) would have to qualify for finance personally.
An overseas company can buy a property in Spain but it would be in cash with no mortgage.
