Foxes has collaboration agreements with all of the major banks in Spain. This includes banks that provide mortgages to residents and non-residents of Spain alike. All of the lenders we work with are regulated by the Bank of Spain. We don’t work with companies that provide alternative finance methods, including private equity firms or bridging loans.
We don’t provide a list of potential lenders until we have secured mortgage offers for our customers.
