How long does a valuation report usually take?

Does it take a long time to receive a valuation report?

You can usually expect a valuation report to take two weeks from request to final report. This typically includes a week for an available appointment to be identified and the valuer to visit the property. Thereafter a report needs to be produced which can take a further week. Of course, these time frames are affected by how busy the valuation department is, the time of the year and the location of the property.

We would always recommend that you organise for a valuation to be completed in good time so that it does not delay your process and add pressure to your intended timeframes.
