What are the relevant taxes related to buying and selling a property in Andalucía?
ITP (Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales) known as property transfer tax is the tax you will pay when purchasing a property in Spain, this tax is different in each region of Spain, the amount you pay will depend on 3 factors:

where you are buying

the type of property you are buying

the price of the property
If you are purchasing a property off-plan (pre-completion) or a new build property then you will pay a flat rate of 10% on the price of the property.
For all other purchases, the rate is on a sliding scale.
