Copies of your Passport / NIE (for all parties that will be on the mortgage)

3 most recent - Payslips

6 months - Bank Statements

Credit report (If applicable to your country)
Lenders may also ask for employment contracts, details on pensions and share portfolios, details on other property and rental income.
